What you send us
When you sign up for email updates or send a sponsor inquiry, we keep what you type into the form (your name and email, plus your company, phone and message on a sponsor inquiry) and use it to send show updates or to reply about sponsorship.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
This site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure how the show’s Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show those ads to people likely to want them. The pixel sets cookies in your browser and reports the pages you visit. When you submit a form, we also send Meta the type of form along with a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email, phone number and name and basic details about your browser. Hashing lets Meta match the visit to an ad without receiving those details in plain text, and Meta’s own privacy policy covers what it does with them.
Your choices
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, change the ads Meta shows you in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, and opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info. If you’d like your form details taken off our list, email jstairshow@westmediagroup.com and we’ll remove them.
